Focus: creative strategy, functionality, product, and product strategy.
How it works (one session): ~2 hours of my analysis time, delivered within 48 hours (message-based).
1. You send your business context (text) + links + your current strategy/plan.
2. I review your business and reply with a deep analysis + questions (to find the real bottleneck).
3. You answer in detail (add any extra context).
4. I reply again with an updated strategy: what to test, what to change, and a step-by-step plan.

One session = 2 deep replies from me + 1 reply from you (within 48 hours).
